复合生物表面活性剂处理含油污泥实验研究

Abstract_FL | Three bacterial strains which could efficiently degrade crude oil were isolated from oily sludge in Xinjiang Oilfield and their metabolites and chemical additives were combined to form biosurfactant complexes .When compared with synthetic surfactant ,the biosurfactant complexes were characterized as higher surface activity ,higher oil-shift activity and lower critical micelle concentration (CMC) .By optimizing reaction conditions for biosurfactant complexes and oily sludge ,the optimum parameters including temperature , time , mixing speed and biosurfactant complexes concentration were obtained :80 ℃ ,24 h ,200 r/min ,1 .2 wt% .The oil content in the sludge sample was reduced from 46 .2 wt% to 1 .2 wt% and more than 95% of waste oil was recycled . |
