二维核磁共振技术解析萘普生分子结构
为解析萘普生的分子结构,测试了萘普生的一维核磁和二维核磁^1H NMR、^13C NMR、DEPT-135、^1H-^1H COSY、HSQC、HMBC、^1H-^1H NOESY谱图,实现了萘普生氢谱和碳谱的全归属。成功对萘环上氢核、碳核,特别是季碳进行了完整结构分析,体现了二维核磁解析对一维复杂氢谱、碳谱解析的有益补充。该实验有助于填补仪器分析实验二维核磁共振实验教学的缺乏,有利于学生掌握有机化合物结构的二维核磁共振分析,对于有机物结构正确解析具有重要的现实意义。...

| Abstract_FL | Naproxen is non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and antipyretic analgesic with minor side effects currently,but the NMR spectra of Naproxen have not been assigned absolutely.NMR technique is an important tool of molecular structure analysis.In order to analyze the molecular structure of Naproxen,the NMR spectra of Naproxen were tested with 2D-NMR and 1D-NMR techniques,such as 1H NMR、13C NMR、DEPT-135、1H-1H COSY、HSQC、HMBC、1H-1H NOESY,and it realized the complete assignment of 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR.Furthermore,it was successful to analyze the H atom and C atom,specially quaternary carbon of naphthalene ring completely.These experiments would help to fill in the blanks of 2D-NMR experimental teaching in the instrumental analysis experiments and facilitate to master the 2D-NMR analysis of organic compound structure for students,which had an important significance for correct structure analysis of organic compound. |
