钢筋混凝土梁气囊拟静力加载数值试验分析

基于目前流行的气囊技术,设计了一种适用于梁构件的气囊均布加载拟静力试验装置。基于ABAQUS软件平台fluid cavity功能,建立了该实验装置的精细化有限元分析模型;计算分析了气囊的均布加载效果和传力特性,并将分析结果与传统四点弯加载和理想均布加载进行比较,验证了气囊均布加载的可行性。通过数值模型试验讨论了影响气囊加载试验方法的关键影响因素。结果表明,针对钢筋混凝土梁等非弹性构件进行全过程加载试验,传统四点弯加载方法误差较大,量测结果也不能通过简单的挠度修正系数进行修正。气囊加载技术能够较好地模拟构件全过程均布加载,但应通过数值试验确定适宜的气囊材料参数和约束边界。...

It is always a difficult problem for quasi-static loading test to realize uniformly distributed load during the whole process. This paper designed a quasi-static loading apparatus for beam and column components based on the currently popular airbag loading technology. A fine finite element model was established based on the fluid cavity function in ABAQUS software. The uniformly distributed load effect and force transmission characteristics of airbag were compared with those results obtained by the four point bending and ideal uniform loading method to verify the feasibility of presented apparatus. Some key influencing factors of the airbag loading method were also discussed. The results reveal that the error using the traditional four-point bending method is significant for the RC beam,and the results cannot be revised by simple deflection correction coefficient.
