羧甲基纤维素接枝丙烯酸钠的合成与性能

The superabsorbent resin was prepared with sodium carboxyl methylcellulose (CMCNa), acrylic acid (AA) by means of free radical graft copolymerization. The effects of preparation conditions were investigated, such as copolymerization temperature, reaction time, the proportion and the amount of initiator, the amount of crosslinking agent and the neutralization degree of AA, etc. And the synthesized product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. Analyses on the experimental data leads to the optimum preparation conditions, which are as follows, m(CMCNa)/m(AA) =0.1, m(NMBA)/m(AA) =2.9 ×10^-2, m(Na2S2O8 +Na2SO3)/m(AA) =6.5 × 10^-3, m(Na2S2O8)/m ( Na2SO3 ) = 2, neutralization degree of acrylic acid is 70% , reaction temperature is 20 ℃, reaction time is 6 h.
