去甲肾上腺素对胰腺癌细胞株MiaPaCa-2侵袭能力的影响
目的探讨经典神经递质去甲肾上腺素(norepinephrine,NE)对人胰腺癌细胞株MiaPaCa-2侵袭能力的影响及其作用机制。方法取人胰腺癌细胞株MiaPaCa-2为研究对象,实验分为空白对照组、0.1μmol/L NE干预组、1μmol/L NE干预组和10μmol/L NE干预组。干预48 h后,采用Transwell侵袭实验检测各组中MiaPaCa-2细胞侵袭能力的变化;RT-PCR法检测细胞中MMP-2、MMP-9和VEGF mRNA的表达;免疫细胞化学法检测细胞中MMP-2、MMP-9和VEGF蛋白的表达。结果1μmol/L NE干预组和10μmol/L NE干预组MiaPaC...
