探索高校实验室管理的新机制
结合国家引导部分普通本科高校向应用技术型高校转型的战略部署和独立学院的实际,以汇华学院实验管理中心为例,探索了高校实验室管理的新机制。从学科大类培养模式入手,构建了实验室管理的新模式,完成了对实验室和实验室工作人员的统一管理、统一规划和统一建设。并基于此模式,通过对实验课程与信息技术、教学资源与现代化管理的整合,构建了一体化、开放式的实验教学及资源管理平台。实施实验室管理的新模式,构建了按学科大类划分、分层次实施的实验教学体系,完成了实验教学体系的优化,并对实验室队伍建设进行了创新与实践。...

| Abstract_FL | Combined with the strategic deployment of the national guidance of some ordinary universities to the application of technological transformation and the practice of independent colleges,The paper took the Experimental Management Center of Huihua College of Hebei Normal University as an example to explore the mechanism of laboratory management in colleges and universities.Firstly,starting with the large class training model,a new model of laboratory management was constructed and the unified management,unified planning and unified construction of the laboratories and laboratory staff were completed.And based on this model we promoted the integration of experimental curriculum with information technology,teaching resources and modern management,and constructed the platform of experimental teaching and resource management.Then,the experimental teaching system classified by subject category and teaches according to levels was constructed,under the new model of laboratory management.The optimization of the experimental teaching system was completed.Finally,the construction of the laboratory staffs was completed through the new model of laboratory management. |
