48周不同频率太极拳练习对老年女性骨密度的影响

Abstract_FL | Objective To research on the effects of Taichi exercise given in the same duration but different frequency on bone mineral density (BMD) in older women.Methods Dividing the subjects in to three different groups based on age,height,and weight,including low frequency group (n =36,once/week),intermediate frequency group (n =37,3 times/week) and high frequency group (n =38,6 times/ week).After 48 weeks,using XR-46 model dual energy X-ray absorptiometry,the BMD of lumbar spine L2-4 and right proximal femur (femoral neck,Ward's triangle and greater trochanter) was assessed.Results 1)Baseline and 48 weeks group comparison:in the intermediate frequency and high frequency groups,BMD of femoral neck,lumbar spine L2-4 andgreater trochanter increased significantly at different levels (P < 0.05).The high frequency group had the greatest increase in greater trochanter BMD (P < 0.01);2) Between group comparison at 48 weeks:the intermediate frequency and high frequency groups had significantly greater femoral neck,lumbar spine L2-4 and greater trochanter BMD compared with the control group (P < 0.05).High frequency group had significantly greater lumbar spine L2-4,femoral neck and greater trochanter BMD than the low frequency group (P < 0.05).Intermediate frequency group had significantly greater femoral neck BMD than the low frequency group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Taichi exercise three or six times a week significantly improved the bone condition in elderly women,BMD of femoral neck,lumbar spine L2-4 and greater trochanter all improved,and the increase of exercise frequency showed positive correlation with the improvement. |
