新型功能性陶粒制备及水处理效能研究

为提高陶粒载体生物膜法水处理效率,增加陶粒表面微生物量,在原材料中加入强化剂电气石和多种添加剂,通过单因素正交试验和响应面法优化从原材料配比、烧制程序等方面改良陶粒制备工艺,与普通陶粒对比,通过静态试验和动态试验分析新型陶粒特性。结果表明,新型陶粒具有较大吸附能力,在组成上较传统陶粒更倾向于非晶体,有较好生物亲和性和较大孔径结构,适宜微生物固定和生长。新型陶粒-SBBR反应器对有机物、氨氮和总磷处理效率分别为92.60%、91.77%和91.86%,出水达到国家一级A标准。新型陶粒是一种性能良好微生物栽体,应用前景广阔。...

In order to improve the efficiency of wastewater treatment of biological membrane method with carrier, the volume of microbial attached to the ceramsite carrier surface was wished to be increased, and the tourmaline and a variety of additives were added in the raw materials. Through the single factor experiment, preparation technology was improved from the proportion of raw materials and sintering system, in contrast with ordinary ceramsites.
