螺旋CT骨密度测定对种植前牙槽骨骨质的评价
目的对临床种植义齿患者术前行颌骨三维CT影像学检查,探讨影像学检查对临床牙槽骨骨质分类的指导意义。方法选取将行种植义齿治疗的患者作为受测者,对其术前感兴趣区应用多层螺旋CT扫描进行牙槽骨CT灰度值及Marker横截面的灰度值测量。结果①ⅠⅣ类骨质分类的CT平均骨密度相对灰度值不同(F〉1,P〈0.05);②上颌前后牙区、下颌骨前后牙区CT平均骨密度相对灰度值有明显差异,且下颌前牙区骨密度值最大(F〉1,P〈0.05);③男女性别在骨质分类上无统计学差异(P〉0.05);④年龄段分组比较中差异有统计学意义(F〉1,P〈0.05),且3039岁的骨密度灰度值最大。结论多层螺旋CT的相对骨密度灰度值...
