肌动蛋白解聚因子Cofilin在小鼠卵母细胞中的表达

肌动蛋白解聚因子通过切断微丝,增加G-actin的浓度,从而促进细胞骨架的重组,影响细胞的迁移、增殖、凋亡等重要的生理功能。文章通过原位杂交技术在小鼠卵巢组织切片中观察到Cofilin的mRNA在卵母细胞中存在强表达,应用免疫荧光技术检测到Cofilin蛋白主要定位于GV期卵母细胞核内染色体附近,从而推测Cofilin可能与卵母细胞中染色质的凝集、移动及其他功能有关,参与调节哺乳动物卵母细胞的发育。...

The actin depolymerizing factor/Cofilin cut off the microfilaments,increasing the concentration of G-actin to rearrangement the cytoskeleton,so they can affect many improtant physiological functions,such as cell migration,proliferation and apoptosis.The oocyte development is an important event in the animal reproduction,oocyte dysplasia will affect the health of offspring.Until now,there is little knowledge about the expression and function of the Cofilin during follicular development in mammalian.In the mouse ovary tissue sections we find Cofilin mRNA express in oocyte by in situ hybridization,immunofluorescence technique detected Cofilin protein was mainly localized in the vicinity of chromosomes within the oocyte nucleus.The paper suggest that Cofilin may be associated with oocyte chromati
