The method of electromagnetic( EM) energy transmission and conversion was discussed based on resonantly coupled power transfer technology to find a solution for wireless power transmission,switching and controlling between it and mechanical energy. It brings convenience to electricity consumption of micro-robots which are difficult for towing cables. The coupled model of electric,magnetic and mechanical( force) was established and the overall system transfer function was derived according to the properties magnetostrictive materials.
