基于遗传算法的山区微型播种施肥机减振优化设计
针对山区以汽油发动机为动力的微型播种施肥机振动大难以操作的问题,提出了一种降低振动的方法。文中首先建立了五自由度播种施肥机数学模型,运用Matlab软件构建了仿真模型并对其进行了振动分析;其次建立了以垂直振动加速度和俯仰角加速度为指标的多目标优化数学模型,运用遗传算法进行了优化设计,优化后播种机机架处垂直振动加速度均方根值减少32.9%,俯仰角加速度均方根值减少37.6%;在此基础上,重新设计了播种施肥机的履带、减振器和橡胶垫等结构部件;最后对改进后的播种施肥机进行田间试验,对比改进前的振动测试数值可得:改进后的微型播种施肥机垂直振动均方根值在发动机安装处、机架处和把手处均显著降低,其中机架处...
