电励磁单相开关磁通电机电磁性能解析计算

开关磁通电机作为一种双凸极电机,由于复杂的磁路结构和特殊的工作方式使得电磁性能的解析计算成为难点。基于子域法建立电励磁开关磁通电机的解析模型,根据电机结构和各部分电磁性能,将求解区域划分为多个子区域,在每个子域内建立磁场的偏微分方程,根据矢量磁位通解和边界条件,建立包含积分常数的方程组,可求解得到每个子域的矢量磁位,进而可计算磁通密度、绕组磁链、感应电动势以及电磁转矩。解析法、有限元法和样机实验结果对比表明,结果非常接近,证明了解析模型的正确性。该模型能够体现结构参数对电磁性能的影响,可应用于开关磁通电机的初始设计和优化计算中。...

Abstract_FL As a doubly salient motor, the analytical calculation of the electromagnetic performance of flux switching motor( FSM) is difficult because of the complex flux magnetic path and special operating princi-ple. Analytical model of electrically-excited FSM was obtained with the subdomain method. In this mod-el, the whole domain was divided into several subdomains based on the geometric configuration and the magnetic and electrical properties, and partial differential equation in all subdomains was built. Based on the general solution of magnetic vector potential and boundary conditions, the magnetic field was ob-tained. Then the flux density, phase flux linkage, EMF and electromagnetic torque were calculated. At last, the model is verified with finite element analysis( FEA) and experiments.
