三联热源热泵系统的构建与性能分析

针对船舶航行过程中的能源浪费和环境污染,综合太阳能热泵和水源热泵的优点,并充分考虑到船舶废热利用,提出了一种将3种低温热源联合提升为高品质热能的供热系统.通过阀门切换,根据不同的天气情况改变运行模式.以太阳能、海水和船舶缸套冷却水余热作为低位热源制取供热供暖用水,太阳能绿色环保,利用海水和冷却水既方便又节约能源.通过分析模拟提出不同时间段采用不同制热模式的方案.以大连地区为例,运用计算机仿真模拟集热器出水温度曲线.结果证明,采用联合热源供热可将制热系数提高1.03,从而解决了单独应用太阳能和水源热泵的不足,充分利用了余热,为动态选择船舶供热供暖方式提供了切实可行的依据....

Notes In view of energy waste and environmental pollution in the process of ship navigation, a triple low temperature heat source for heating system is presented. It considers the advantages of solar energy heat pump and water source heat pump and waste heat utilization. This system can make high-quality heat by using the solar radiation, seawater and residual heat in marine cylinder liner cooling water. It can change the operation mode by valve switching according to the different weather conditions. The heating mode was different in different time. For Dalian area as an example, it gives out the collector outlet temperature curve by computer simulation. And it shows that the combined heat source can increase the heating coefficient by 1.03. It solves the problem of single application of solar energy or water source heat pump, making full use of the waste heat, so it is feasible for dynamic selection of ship heating mode.
