非酒精性脂肪性肝病（NAFLD）的患者越来越多,有关其发病机制、诊断、治疗等方面的研究众多,但结果仍有争论。主要介绍NAFLD临床研究的最新进展及困境,旨在帮助临床医生提高NAFLD的处理能力,更好地为NAFLD患者服务。

Bibliography:Non- alcoholic fatty liver disease（ NAFLD） affects more and more people. There are a lot of studies on the pathogenesis,diagnosis,and treatment of this disease,but controversies still exist. This article aims to highlight the latest advances and challenges in the clinical studies on NAFLD,so as to help the physicians to make the best management decisions for patients with NAFLD.
