结合新颜色空间与Otsu的分水岭彩色图像分割算法

鉴于传统分水岭算法存在过分割的缺点,并且考虑到反射亮光对图像的干扰,提出一种基于新颜色空间的改进分水岭彩色图像分割算法。该方法通过计算得到彩色图像在新颜色空间下不受反射亮光干扰的分量梯度,接着叠加融合在不同尺寸结构元下开闭重建的梯度图像,得到最终梯度图。同时,对最终梯度图采用最大类间方差算法自动获取阈值,用获得的二值标记图像对原始梯度图进行强制标定,对修正后的梯度图像用分水岭分割。实验结果表明,该方法得到了准确、连续的目标轮廓,达到了符合人类视觉的最小分割区域数。相比同类算法,该方法可以抑制反射亮光产生的无意义的区域,不需要人工设定阈值,较好地保持了物体的边缘信息,提高了鲁棒性和适用性。...

Abstract_FL Given the over-segmentation shortcomings of the traditional watershed algorithm for image,and taking into account the specularities interference of images,this paper proposed an improved watershed algorithm based on the new color space for color image segmentation.The method calculated component gradient of color image without specularities interference in the new color space.Then it integrated the morphological opening and closing reconstructed gradient images with different size structuring elements to get the final gradient image.Meanwhile,it automatically obtained the threshold using Otsu algorithm for the final gradient image.It modified original gradient with the received binary image so that the proposed algorithm could obtain an improved gradient,and then performed the watershed algorithm.The experimental results show that this method can obtain accurate,continuous outline of the object,and reach the minimum segmentation number that conforming to human vision.Compared to similar algorithms,which can inhibit regional meaningless specularities generated,it does not require manual setting the threshold and preferably maintains the edge information of the object to improve the robustness and applicability.
