薄皮甜瓜叶色黄化突变体的农艺性状调查及红外光谱分析

In order to detect the differences whether are associated with pigment of biological macromolecules linked in a certain group of the blade, agronomic traits investigation and IR spectrum analysis in a novel yellow leaf mutant (9388-1) and (No.1) of normal leaf color in muskmelon (Cucumis melo L.). The results showed that the mutant was non lethal and total chlorophyll-deficient, traits were expressed at the seedling stage, leaves were yellow in entire growth period, chlorophyll content had significant differences, and there were no significant differences in plant morphology. There were no differences in two blades of biological macromolecules in the OH, CH2, C=O, C-O-C groups, such as infrared absorption peak intensity, except CO2, C=O, CH3 group; roots between 9388-1 and No.1 had distinctive differences.
