三七主要病害生防真菌F2的抑菌作用测定及其鉴定

The inhibition rates of biocontrol fungus F2 on main pathogenic fungi of Panax notoginseng including Alternaria panax,Colletotrichum gloeosporioides and Fusarium solani were tested in this study. The effects of strain F2 on the mycelia growth of the 3 pathogenic fungi were also observed under the microscope. The results showed that strain F2 could inhibit A. panax,C. gloeosporioides and F. solani obviously with the high inhibition rates of 88. 67 %,91. 00 % and 75. 76 % respectively. When observed under the microscope,mycelia growths of the 3 pathogenic fungi were affected obviously by strain F2. The mycelia of A. panax and C. gloeosporioides showed swollen,abnormal and
