茄子品种资源对黄萎病的抗性鉴定

【目的】评价茄子品种资源及杂交后代材料对黄萎病的抗病性,为茄子抗病育种提供参考。【方法】收集茄子品种资源材料14份和杂交后代材料24份,应用不同地域的4个病原菌菌株,采用伤根孢子液接种法进行茄子品种资源抗黄萎病性鉴定。【结果】在供试的茄子品种资源中,接种变黑轮枝菌,表现免疫—抗病的材料11份,占总数的78.57%;接种大丽轮枝菌1,表现高抗—抗病的材料5份,占总数的38.46%;接种大丽轮枝菌2,表现抗病的材料1份,占总数的7.69%;接种黑白轮枝菌,表现高抗—抗病的材料3份,占总数的23.08%。在茄子杂交后代材料中,接种大丽轮枝菌2,表现抗病的材料2份;接种黑白轮枝菌表现高抗—抗病的材料2...

[Objective]The present experiment was conducted to evaluate disease resistance of eggplant variety resources and filial generation materials to Verticillium wilt,in order to provide basis for breeding disease-resistant eggplant.[Method]Fourteen eggplant variety resources and twenty-four filial generation materials were collected,then their resistances to Verticillium wilt were identified through artificially damaging root and soaking in conidia suspension.[Result]Among all tested eggplant variety resources inoculated with Verticillium nigrescens,11 varieties showed immunity and disease resistance,which accounted for 78.57%of total varieties.Among all tested eggplant variety resources inoculated with Verticillium dahlia strain,5 varieties showed high disease resistance,which accounted for 38.46%of total varieties.Among all tested eggplant variety resources inoculated with V.dahlia strain 2,only 1 variety was found to be disease-resistant,which accounted for 7.69%of total varieties.Among all tested egg
