田间不同水肥管理对葡萄柚果实外观品质的影响

Notes In order to study the effect of different field water and fertilizer managements on grapefruit fruit exterior quality,three factors( variety,fertilizing amount and irrigation intensity) were employed to study difference of fruit weight,firmness,peel thickness,edible rate,transverse diameter,vertical diameter and fruit shape index by using orthogonal experimental design of three level three factors L9( 34). According to visual and variance analyses,the results indicated that the contents had significantly difference in fruit firmness,transverse diameter and vertical diameter with different field water and fertilizer managements. Variety had the greatest influence on fruit shape index. Fertilizing had the greatest contribution to fruit firmness,edible rate,transverse diameter and vertical diameter. It contributed significantly or extremely significantly difference to fruit firmness( P = 0. 023),transverse diameter and vertical diameter( P = 0. 002,P = 0. 003),respectively.
