笹之雪组织培养和植株再生体系研究
通过对笹之雪(Agave victoriaereginae)不同外植体、不同激素配比的研究,建立笹之雪离体培养高效植株再生体系.笹之雪侧芽在含2.0mg·L^-1 6-BA和0.2mg·L^-1 NAA的MS培养基中增殖效果较好,增殖系数4.6.比较分析叶片各部位愈伤组织诱导和再生能力,结果表明:叶基>叶中>叶顶,且只有叶基诱导出有效愈伤组织,是较好的外植体材料;叶片各部位在2.0mg·L^-16-BA、1.0mg·L^-1KT和0.2mg·L^-1 NAA的MS培养基上愈伤组织的诱导率达到最高,叶基、叶中和叶顶诱导率分别为100%、98%、89%,大部分叶基还能通过愈伤组织间接分化形成不定芽...
