A transconductance-C (Gm-C) low pass filter and its tuned circuit for W-CDMA standard applications in zero-IF reciever arc proposed.In the reciever,a 3rd-order Butterworth low pass filter is adopted,which has cut-off frequency of 2.2 MHz and stop-band attenuation of 34 dB at 10 MHz frequency.Using SMIC 0.18 μm CMOS process,the proposed filter achieves an IIP3 up to 21.13 dBm and consumes the power of 3.31 mW under the power supply voltage of 1.8 V.An automatic tuned circuit based on switched-capacitor circuit is used to precisely control the cut-off frequency of this filter,which can reduce the cut-off frequency deviation to less than 3%.
