环割对烤烟成熟落黄以及烤后烟质量的影响

Abstract_FL [Objective] Field experiment,ringing basal stem of tobacco plants during the maturing stage,was conducted to find out a solution for vigorous growth and slow yellowing.[Method] The activity of NR and GS and the quality of tobacco ringed were studied through the three treatments,T1 referring to semicycle-ringing at 20 cm above the basal stem,T2 circle-ringing at 20 cm above the basal stem,T3 semicycleringing at 10 cm above the basal stem and 10 cm above its symmetry position.[Result] The three treatments,especially T2,resulted in lowing activity of NR and GS and quick yellowing obviously,the length and width of flue-cured tobacco became a little smaller,single leaf weight and leaf quality weight decreased and filling values got higher,of them T2 owned the biggest variation;the content of reducing sugar,total sugar and K increased,and the content of protein,nicotine,and total nitrogen decreased,and the coordination got improved,of them T2 had the biggest change of regular chemical composition and T3 the best coordination;pigment content in flue-cured tobacco leaves decreased,the content of neutral aroma constituents increased and the smoking quality got improved,of them T3 was the best.[Conclusion]The synthesis result indicated that ringing especially semicycle-ringing at 10 cm above the basal stem and 10 cm above its symmetry position were beneficial to quicken yellowing of overgrowing tobacco plants and improve the quality of flue-cured tobacco.
