重庆市MSM的行为特征及HIV感染的影响因素分析

目的了解重庆市男男性行为者（MSM）的行为特征、人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）感染的影响因素,为艾滋病防治工作提供科学依据。方法于2012年12月选取重庆市点击率最高的一家MSM网站进行在线网络问卷调查,并采用分类滚雪球抽样方法进行面对面问卷调查,应用SPSS18.0统计软件对调查数据进行统计分析。结果 7.6%（126/1 649）调查对象承认HIV阳性,而网络调查对象较面对面调查对象肛交次数更多,最近一次发生同性性行为时安全套使用率较低,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论重庆市MSM普遍存在高危性行为,尤以网络调查对象高危行为更加普遍,MSM感染HIV的形势严峻,探讨有效的干预模式和推广...

Objective To understand the behavior characteristics of men who have sex with men（MSM） and influencing factors of HIV infection so as to provide the scientific evidence for AIDS prevention and control. Methods A MSM website with top clicks in Chongqing City was selected to conduct the online questionnaire survey. Then the face to face questionnaire survey was performed by adopting the classified snowball sampling method. The obtained data were statistically analyzed by using the SPSS18.0 statistic software. Results 7.6%（126/1 649） of respondents admitted HIV positive,the anal sex times in the network respondents were more than those in the face to face respondents,the condom use rate in the last time homosexual behavior was lower,the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The high-risk sexual behavior is common among MSM popu lation in Chongqing,especially in the network respondents,the high-risk behavior is more common,the HIV
