不同仓贮环境对片烟可溶性糖及生物碱含量的影响
【目的】为了提高烟叶的醇化质量以及实现卷烟原料的可用性。【方法】对贵州中烟6个原料基地上中2个部位片烟的总糖、还原糖、烟碱和糖碱比变化规律进行了分析。【结果】(1)片烟醇化过程中,3个醇化库不同香型片烟的总糖和还原糖含量表现为下降,变化速度最快的醇化时期是醇化6~12个月。此时正好处于仓贮环境温度上升的阶段,全年月平均温度和相对湿度较高的醇化库可加速烟叶的总糖和还原糖的降解和转化。(2)不同醇化库不同香型片烟总糖和还原糖下降幅度存在明显差异(P〈0.05),其中兴义库的清香型和中间香型片烟总糖和还原糖下降幅度大于贵阳库和贵定库片烟,但3个醇化库的浓香型片烟降幅差异均不显著。(3)片烟醇化过程中...

[ Method]The total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine and the change law of sugar-nicotine radio of two parts of flue-cured to- bacco lamina from six raw material bases in Guizhou Industrial Co. , Ltd. were analyzed.
