社区干预对老年心血管疾病患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响

| Abstract_FL | Objective To investigate the effect of community intervention on anxiety and depression in elderly patients with cardiovascular disease. Methods A total of 102 elderly patients with cardiovascular disease (intervention group)aged 60 years old or more and 103 elderly persons undergoing the physical examination (control group)in a township of Binzhou city From May 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the research subjects and evaluated by adopting the Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) for conducting statistical analysis. The intervention group was implemented the 3-month commu-nity intervention. Then SAS and SDS scores were re-measured. Results The incidence rates of anxiety and depression were 45.1%(46/102) and 40.2%(41/102) in the intervention group,which were significantly higher than 20.4%(21/103) and 17.5%(18/103) in the control group respectively,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01). After 3-month community inter-vention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the intervention group were decreased compared with before intervention ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion Elderly patients with cardiovascular disease suffer from varying degrees of anxiety and depression and the community intervention can significantly improve their psychological status and increase the quality of life. |
