缺磷胁迫下41%草甘膦异丙铵盐水剂对抗草甘膦大豆农艺性状和生理指标的影响

[Objective]The effects of glyphosate on agronomic characters and physiological indexes of glyphosate-resistant soybean seedlings under phosphorus deficiency stress were ascertained to provide theoretical references for the rational use of glyphosate in glyphosate-resistant soybean field under phosphorus deficiency stress. [Method]The glyphosateresistant soybean RR1 was used as the research objective and the solution culture experiment under phosphorus deficiency stress at the true leaf stage was conducted. Glyphosate at 4.98 mL/L was sprayed at the two-trifoliolate leaf stage. Physiological indexes were analyzed 5 days after the glyphosate spraying, and agronomic characters were measured 10 days later. [Result]In normal phosphorus condition, glyphosate decreased the leaf areas, total root length, taproot length, shoot fresh weight, root fresh weight, ratio of root/shoot, and phosphorus c
