石墨炉原子吸收光谱法对果蔗地土壤镉和铅空间分布特征的研究

利用微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定果蔗地土壤中的镉和铅含量,验证检测方法的检出限、准确度与精密度,分析果蔗地土壤中重金属Cd和Pb的空间分布特征,并对果蔗地土壤中Cd和Pb的污染状况进行评价。结果表明:果蔗地土壤中Cd的含量范围为0.154~1.48 mg·kg-1,平均值为0.81 mg·kg-1;Pb的含量范围为11.5~51.8 mg·kg-1,平均值为30.4 mg·kg-1。Cd元素在土壤中变异系数较大,而Pb元素在土壤中变异系数较小。频数分布图显示,土壤中Cd元素含量不符合正态分布,含量大多在0.36~1.25 mg·kg-1之间,土壤中Pb元素含量基本符合正态分布,含量大多在...

Microwave digestion- graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry method was used to determine the concentrations of Cd and Pb in chewing cane soil. The detection limitation,accuracy and precision of the method were validated,the spatial distribution was analyzed,and the characteristics of Cd and Pb pollution in chewing cane soil were assessed.
