地榆炭疽病病原菌分离与鉴定
地榆炭疽病主要为害地榆的叶片和茎秆,导致地榆品质和产量降低.对地榆炭疽病的病原菌进行分离、致病性测定研究,并结合形态学特征和ITS rDNA序列分析.病原菌分离及测定结果表明:接种后从发病的病斑上能再分离到与接种菌株形态一致的病原菌,参照《真菌鉴定手册》及《植物病原真菌学》,将引起地榆炭疽病的病原鉴定为真菌界半知菌类腔孢纲黑盘孢目炭疽菌属胶孢炭疽菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)....
