废轮胎胶粉/纸浆沉淀物复合材料的界面相容性
以纸浆沉淀物和废轮胎胶粉为原料制备废轮胎胶粉/纸浆沉淀物复合材料,研究了其界面相容性。通过加入偶联剂Si 69和KH 550可以改善废轮胎胶粉与纸浆沉淀物之间的界面相容性。采用扫描电镜和透射电镜分析了废轮胎胶粉/纸浆沉淀物复合材料的微观形貌,并用红外光谱、X光电子能谱和动态热机械分析研究了其交联结构。结果表明,促进废轮胎胶粉与纸浆沉淀物相容性的最佳偶联剂为Si 69,且最佳用量为2.5份(质量)。经Si 69处理过的废轮胎胶粉/纸浆沉淀物复合材料结合紧密,空隙少;处理过程中Si 69能够与废轮胎胶粉和纸浆沉淀物发生化学反应,从而改善了废轮胎胶粉与纸浆沉淀物的界面相容性。...
