废轮胎胶粉/纸浆沉淀物复合材料的界面相容性

The pulp sediment (PS) and waste tire rubber powder (RP) were used as raw material to prepar RP/PS composites and their interface compa- tibility was studied. The interface compatibility be- tween RP and PS was modified by adding coupling agent KH 550 and Si 69. The structure and mor- phology of RP/PS composite were studied by scan- ning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy, and the cross-linked structure of com- posite was investigated by infrared spectroscope, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and dynamic mechanical thermal analysis. The results showed that the best coupling agent was Si 69 for improving the compatibility between RP and SP, and its opti- mum amount was 2.5 phr. Treated with Si 69, RP and PS
