高脂模型长爪沙鼠生化指标变化

Abstract_FL Objective To observe the change of serum biochemical indicators in Mongolian gerbils fed by 14-week high-fat diet. Methods 20 male Mongolian gerbils were selected and randomly divided into the high-fat fodder group and the control group,10 cases in each group. The control group was fed with common fodder ,while the high-fat fodder group was given the high-fat fodder containing 1.0%cholesterol and 20.0%lard. The venous blood was collected by submaxillary venous plexus after 14 weeks. The serum GLU,TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C,etc. were detected. Results The levels of serum TC,LDL-C,TG and HDL-C in the high-fat fodder group were (14.27±2.97),(4.72±1.94),(3.04±1.22),(3.43±0.90)mmol/L respectively,which were sig-nificantly higher than (1.72±0.22),(0.19±0.09),(1.53±0.49),(1.46±0.25) mmol/L in the control group respectively,the differ-ences were statistically significant(P<0.01),but the GLU level was lower than that in the control group without statistical difference [(6.47±0.55)mmol/L vs.(8.19±1.02)mmol/L,P>0.05]. Conclusion The high-fat fodder feeding can significantly increase serum lipid level in Mongolian gerbils and induces its hyperlipidemia.
