广西甘蔗田马唐对莠去津抗性水平检测及机理初探

【目的】开展广西甘蔗田间杂草马唐(Digitaria sanguinalis)对莠去津的抗药性及抗性机理的研究,为其科学防除和抗性治理提供参考。【方法】采用盆栽试验,利用整株法测定采集于广西蔗区的25个马唐种群对莠去津的抗性水平;采用生理生化和分子生物学等方法分析研究马唐抗莠去津的机理。【结果】供试马唐种群中76%对莠去津产生抗性,其中贵港1号马唐种群相对抗性水平最高,抗性指数为37.2。崇左4号为敏感品系,百色1号和柳州2号种群3 d后GSTs相对活力明显高于敏感种群;对叶绿素上的D-1蛋白的编码基因psbA基因进行测序,发现抗性种群psbA基因均没有发现突变,GSTs的活性增强与马唐对莠去...

Abstract_FL [Objective] The resistance and resistance mechanism of weed crabgrass Digitaria sanguinalis to atrazine in Guangxi sugarcane field were studied to provide references for scientific control and resistance management.[Method]The resistance level of 25 Digitaria sanguinalis population collected in Guangxi sugarcane area was determined by pot experiment and the whole plant method.The resistance mechanisms were studied by using physiological biochemical and molecular biology methods.[Result] As to the resistance of 76 % to atrazine in the population,Guigang-1 was the highest,which resistance index(RI) was 37.2.Chongzuo-4 was a sensitive strain,the relative vigor of the GSTs of Baise-1 and Liuzhou 2 population were significantly higher than that of the sensitive population after 3 days,and the psbA gene of D-1 protein on chlorophyll was sequenced,and the psbA gene of the resistant population were found to have no mutation,and the activity of GSTs was increased with the resistance of Digitaria sanguinalis to Atrazine.[Conclusion] The resistance of Digitaria sanguinalis to atrazine in Guangxi sugarcane field is low to medium level.The resistance of the resistant population to atrazine may be related to the enhancement of GSTs activity.
