养心氏片防治慢性缺血性心力衰竭及急性心肌缺血再灌注损伤的实验研究
目的:对养心氏片防治慢性缺血性心力衰竭和急性心肌缺血再灌注损伤作用进行实验研究,为其临床应用提供理论依据。方法采用冠状动脉结扎法构建慢性缺血性心力衰竭大鼠模型及急性心肌缺血再灌注小鼠心梗模型,随机分为假手术组、模型组、阳性药组、以及养心氏片低、中、高剂量组,通过预给药和造模后给药,检测大鼠超声心电图、ACE、ACD及小鼠心肌梗死面积、CK、LDH、SOD、相关因子,并观察心脏病理学切片的形态学变化。结果与假手术组相比,模型组的生化指标差异具有统计学意义( P<0.001);与模型组相比,阳性药组、高剂量养心氏片组生化指标差异具有统计学意义( P<0.001,P<0.01,P<0.05),且能显...
