干旱胁迫对4份玉米自交系生理与光合特性的影响
进行定量灌溉的桶栽试验,研究干旱胁迫对玉米干旱敏感自交系XD691和其他3个较耐旱自交系(ST8211、GZ18421和XD692)的生理和光合特性的影响。共进行3次干旱胁迫处理,同时设正常灌溉作对照。研究结果表明,在正常灌溉条件下,4份玉米自交系长势比较一致,但干旱胁迫下XD691茎秆下部枯叶明显多于其余3个自交系;干旱导致XD691的叶片含水量比其他自交系显著下降,光合速率相比其他3个自交系严重减弱;干旱胁迫下XD691的丙二醛增加量高于其它3个自交系;干旱胁迫下XD691脯氨酸累积量显著高于其他3个自交系;第2次干旱胁迫后玉米叶片酶活性增强幅度均高于第1次和第3次,第3次干旱胁迫处理后X...
