短切碳纤维增强氟橡胶复合材料的制备及表征

Chopped carbon fiber( CF) / fluorine rubber composites were prepared using CF as reinforcer. The effects of the amount of CF,the variety of silane coupling agent and the curing conditions on mechanical properties of the composites were investigated,and the microstructure and micromorphology were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the amount of CF was 12 phr and the curing conditions were 10 MPa × 170 ℃ × 15 min,the mechanical properties of CF / fluorine rubber composites were the best. The mechanical properties of the composites,in which CF surface was treated with silane coupling agent KH 550,were better than those with Si 69.
