煤粉尘对叶菜类蔬菜滞尘能力和酶保护系统的影响
采用人工模拟降尘,以4种叶菜类蔬菜作物为材料,研究煤粉尘污染对蔬菜滞尘量、滞尘能力、叶片生长和酶保护系统的影响。结果表明:随着降尘量的增大,4种叶菜类蔬菜的整株滞尘量和单位面积滞尘量均增加,白菜和生菜的滞尘能力最强,其次为油菜,最小为菠菜;煤粉尘对油菜和菠菜的叶面积影响不大,对白菜和生菜叶面积的影响表现为先促进后抑制。煤粉尘促进了4种叶菜类蔬菜作物SOD、POD和CAT等酶活性的增强,从酶促反映分析,白菜、油菜耐煤粉尘能力比生菜、菠菜强些,受害程度相对较轻。综合分析,滞尘能力越强,商品性越差,建议在日降尘量小于3.75 g/m2的地方,种植菠菜、油菜等滞尘能力较差的叶菜类蔬菜;在日降尘量小于2...

| Notes | 44-1267/S By artificial simulation dust-fall, with 4 kinds of leafy vegetable as material, the effects of coal dust pollution on the dust-retention quantity and ability, leaf growth and protective enzyme system were studied in this paper. The results were as follows: with the increase of dust-fall amount, the dust-retention quantity of the whole plant as well as the unit area of 4 kinds of leafy vegetables increased. The dust-retention ability of Chinese cabbage and lettuce were the strongest, followed by rape, spinach was the weakest. There was little effect of coal dust on the leaf area of rape and spinach, and the leaf area of Chinese cabbage and lettuce behaved promote first and then inhibit under simulated dust-fall. The SOD, POD and CAT activities of 4 kinds of leafy vegetables were inhanced under dust-fall conditions, and the dust-resistence of Chinese cabbage and rape were stronger than lettuce and spinach.
