碳化淀粉包覆改性白炭黑/乳聚丁苯橡胶复合材料的性能

用淀粉糊对白炭黑进行改性得到碳化淀粉包覆改性白炭黑,将其填充乳聚丁苯橡胶(SBR),制得改性白炭黑/SBR复合材料,考察了淀粉含量对SBR混炼胶硫化特性、白炭黑在橡胶中的分散性及复合材料物理机械性能、耐磨性能、抗湿滑性、滚动阻力的影响。结果表明,随着淀粉含量的增加,SBR混炼胶的加工性能提高,白炭黑在橡胶中的分散性能得到改善,耐磨性能下降,抗湿滑性能基本不变;当淀粉质量分数为5.0%时,改性白炭黑/SBR复合材料的物理机械性能最佳;当淀粉质量分数为10.0%时,复合材料在应变小于10%时的滚动阻力高于未改性白炭黑/SBR复合材料。...

Carbonized starch coated silica was obtained by starch paste modified silica,with it the modified silica / emulsion polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber composites were prepared,and effects of content of starch on curing characteristics of SBR compounds,dispersion of silica, and mechanical properties, wear resistance, wet skid resistance,rolling resistance of the composites were investigated.
