植物生长调节剂对野生毛葡萄保花保果及其果实品质的影响
研究探讨细胞分裂素(KT-30)、氯吡脲(cppu)、赤霉素(GA_3)和微生物菌液(Y)诱导野生毛葡萄果实膨大、提高座果率、保花保果及其对果实品质的影响。以3年生两性花野生毛葡萄‘野酿2号’作为试验材料,以清水为对照,在挂果前期第一次对果穗分别浸蘸各种生长调节剂及其混合溶液,15 d后根据果粒膨大程度喷施相同浓度的各种生长调节剂及混合溶液。结果表明,在所有处理组中,处理D(cppu-2)、处理A(cppu-1)、处理L(cppu-1)和处理G能获得更理想的效果,均能有效促进果粒的膨大、果穗和果粒的增重、座果率的提高。细胞分裂素(KT-30)、氯吡脲(cppu)、赤霉素(GA3)等植物生长调节...
