白芨内生细菌组成及多样性分析
【目的】调查白芨内生细菌种类及多样性,为更好地保护和开发利用白芨资源提供科学依据。【方法】应用Illumina Mi Seq高通量测序技术测定白芨内生细菌的16S r DNA-V4变异区序列,应用Qiime和Mothur等软件整理和统计样品序列数目和操作分类单元(OTUs)数量,分析物种丰度及分布的差异。【结果】获得用于分析的有效序列和OTU数为49550/48;稀释曲线表明测序深度充分,OTU的数量接近于饱和。白芨内生细菌主要分布于鞘脂单胞菌属(Sphingomonas,32.26%)、地杆菌属(Pedobacter,16.13%)、盐单胞菌属(Halomonas,16.13%)、土壤杆菌属...

| Bibliography: | 45-1381/S Objective】The species and diversity of endophytic bacteria of Bletilla striata were studied, in order to provide references for better protection and management of B. striata. 【Method】The 16 S r DNA-V4 variable region of B.striata was sequenced by Illumina Mi Seq high-throughput sequencing technology. And using Qiime and Mothur softwares,the number of sequences and operational taxonomic units(OTUs) for each sample was sorted and calculated, so as to analyze abundance and distribution of species. 【Result】The results showed that, the numbers of effective sequences and OTUs for each sample were 49550 and 48, respectively. And the rarefaction curves showed that sequencing depth was adequate,and The number of OTUs was close to saturation.
