江西棉花黄萎病菌培养特性及致病力分化研究
为明确江西棉花黄萎病菌的培养特性和致病力,对来自江西省15个棉黄萎病代表菌株在PDA上培养特性进行观察,采用无底纸钵定量蘸菌液法测定菌株致病力。根据菌株培养2周后产生的微菌核多少,将15个菌株分为菌核型和中间型,所占比例分别为40%和60%,无菌丝型菌株。致病力测定结果表明:15个菌株的致病力可分为强、中、弱3个类型,所占比例分别为20.0%、13.3%、66.7%。江西棉花黄萎病菌株以弱致病力菌株为主,但存在一定分化。...

Abstract_FL | So as to understand the cultural characteristics and pathogenicity of Verticillium dahliae in Jiangxi, the author ob-served the PDA cultural characteristics of 15 representative Verticillium dahliae strains from Jiangxi, and detected the pathogenicity of these strains by dipping into quantitative fungus liquid in bottomless paper bowl.According to the quantity of microsclerotia pro-duced after 2-week culture, these 15 strains were divided into sclerotium type and intermediate type, accounting for 40%and 60%of the total respectively; there was not hypha-type strain.The results of pathogenicity test showed that the pathogenicity of 15 strains could be divided into three pathotypes:strong type, moderate type and weak type, and their percentage was 20.0%, 13.3%and 66.7%respectively.So the Verticillium dahliae strains in Jiangxi were mainly weak-pathotype strains, but a certain differenti-ation of their pathogenicity existed. |
