桂华鲮性成熟周期和生殖力的研究

2006~2009年,从野生桂华鲮人工驯化培育入手,开展了桂华鲮的性成熟周期和个体生殖力等繁殖生物学特性研究。结果表明:野生桂华鲮可在池塘人工培育条件下性腺发育成熟,初次性成熟年龄为3冬龄;繁殖盛期为3月底至5月初,每年产卵1次,产沉性卵;成熟卵径为1.60~1.80 mm,吸水膨胀后为2.00~2.30 mm;3~5冬龄的桂华鲮绝对生殖力为1.31~3.12万粒,相对生殖力为18.6~23.0粒/g;绝对生殖力与体重、体长存在极显著正相关;使用鲤鱼脑垂体(PG)、促黄体激素释放激素类似物(LRH-A2)和地欧酮(DOM)3种药物混合对成熟亲鱼注射催产,催产率达80%以上。...
