纳米氧化铝对天然橡胶/顺丁橡胶/丁苯橡胶复合材料性能的影响

Abstract_FL Effects of amount of nano-aluminum oxide on properties and wet skid resistance on glass and asphalt pavement of natural rubber/cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber/styrene-butadiene rubber composites were investigated.The results showed that no significant change in the mechanical properties and loss factor at 0 ℃ and 60 ℃ of the composites occurred,when the amount of nano-aluminum oxide was less than 10.0 phr.The wear resistance decreased and the heat build-up increased with the increase of nano-aluminum oxide amount.The wet skid resistance of the composites on the glass pavement improved with the increase of nano-aluminum oxide amount.While on the asphalt pavement,the amount of nano-aluminum oxide had no significant effect on the wet skid resistance of the composites,and the average structure depth of pavement became the main influence factor of the wet skid resistance.

Effects of amount of nano-aluminum oxide on properties and wet skid resistance on glass and asphalt pavement of natural rubber/cis-1, 4-palybutadiene rubber/styrene-buta- diene rubber composites were investigated.
