密炼工艺及橡胶配比对溶聚丁苯橡胶/顺丁橡胶/白炭黑复合材料性能的影响

Abstract_FL Silica was modified with silane coupling agent Si 69,and the solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber (SSBR)/cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber (BR)/silica composites were prepared.The effects of different mixing process and rubber blending ratio on the properties of SSBR/BR/silica composites were investigated and the dispersion of silica in the rubber matrix was also studied.The results showed that the suitable mixing process could promot the silanized degree of silica and improve the interaction of rubber matrix and silica,meanwhile enhance the wet skid resistance and tensile strength of the composites.By using the same mixing process,when SSBR/BR (mass ratio) increased from 75/25 to 103/25,the tensile strength of the composites had no evident change,while the resilience was improved and the compression heat build-up decreased obviously.The dynamic mechanical property was improved greatly,wet skid resistance increased by 26%,and rolling resistance decreased by 21%.

Notes Silica was modified with silane cou- pling agent Si 69, and the solution polymerized sty- rene-butadiene rubber ( SSBR )/cis-1, 4-polybuta- diene rubber (BR)/silica composites were pre- pared. The effects of different mixing process and rubber blending ratio on the properties of SSBR/BR/ silica composites were investigated and the disper- sion of silica in the rubber matrix was also studied.
