Bibliography:Objective To investigate the correlation between the illness uncertainty and anxiety emotion in the patients with chronic abacterial prostatitis(CP) and to put forward the corresponding nursing countermeasures. Methods The Mishel Un-certainty in Illness Scale (MUIS) and Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) were adopted to conduct the questionnaire survey on 182 CP patients in the Hechuan District People′s Hospital from March 2014 to October 2015. Results The total score of illness un-certainty in the CP patients was (103.26±10.35) points, which was at middle level;the 4 dimensional scores from high to low were uncertain, lack of information, complexity and unpredictability. The patients with non-anxiety symptom accounted for 39.56%(72/182),those with possible anxiety accounted for 48.35%(88/182),those with affirmative anxiety accounted for 8.24%(15/182), those with affirmative obvious anxiety accounted for 2.75%(5/182) and those with possible severe anxiety accounted for 1.10%(2/182). The uncertainty was positivel
