桂诱系列热带玉米单倍体诱导系选育

At present,the application of producing maize haploid for maize lines breeding by in vivo haploid induction through haploid inducer is a fast method.The breeding of maize haploid inducer is a prerequisite for the application of in vivo haploid production technology.However,there was no efficient haploid inducer applied in tropical region.In order to breed maize haploid inducer for efficient haploid production in tropical maize germplasms,six tropical maize haploid inducers were bred by keep improving a high frequency haploid inducer namely CAU inducer through tropical maize germplasms.These lines were applied to nine tropical maize germplasms to evaluate the performance of in vivo haploid production efficiency.The haploid induc
