桂诱系列热带玉米单倍体诱导系选育
当前,应用单倍体诱导系生产玉米单倍体进行自交系选育是一种快速玉米育种方法。单倍体诱导系选育是应用活体单倍体诱导技术的前提,而在热带地区却缺乏高效生产单倍体的诱导系。为了选育高效生产热带玉米种质单倍体的诱导系,利用热带玉米种质持续改良高频孤雌生殖诱导系农大高诱1号,系谱法选育出桂诱系列热带玉米单倍体诱导系6个,并将其应用于9个不同的热带玉米种质评价其生产单倍体的效果。桂诱系列诱导系生产单倍体的平均频率为2.24%-4.64%,比高诱1号(1.48%)有大幅提高,其中GI1的平均诱导率(4.6%)为高诱1号的3.14倍。迪卡008×GI1和墨白1号×GI3的单倍体诱导频率分别为7.35%和7.22...

Abstract | 当前,应用单倍体诱导系生产玉米单倍体进行自交系选育是一种快速玉米育种方法。单倍体诱导系选育是应用活体单倍体诱导技术的前提,而在热带地区却缺乏高效生产单倍体的诱导系。为了选育高效生产热带玉米种质单倍体的诱导系,利用热带玉米种质持续改良高频孤雌生殖诱导系农大高诱1号,系谱法选育出桂诱系列热带玉米单倍体诱导系6个,并将其应用于9个不同的热带玉米种质评价其生产单倍体的效果。桂诱系列诱导系生产单倍体的平均频率为2.24%-4.64%,比高诱1号(1.48%)有大幅提高,其中GI1的平均诱导率(4.6%)为高诱1号的3.14倍。迪卡008×GI1和墨白1号×GI3的单倍体诱导频率分别为7.35%和7.22%。同时,3个桂诱系列诱导系通过籽粒颜色标记鉴定单倍体的准确率也获得提高,最高的GI4平均鉴定准确率超过50%。 |
