基于两轴共振模式的风电叶片疲劳加载监控系统设计
为了缩短风电叶片疲劳测试周期,提出了一种基于电驱动的两轴共振疲劳加载方法。给出了两加载源速度和相位的检测方法,并以此制定了同步控制策略。整个控制系统采用主从式两级网络构架模式,采用高速脉冲计数传感器测量2个加载源的速度和相位,采用激光测距仪测量叶片振幅,并采用Labview软件开发了上位机监控界面。试验结果表明,该监控系统能很好地测量加载源的转速、相位和叶片振幅等特征参数。...
