基肥施用方式对烤烟根系生长及根际微生态环境的影响

【目的】本文对江西烟区烟苗早生快发问题进行了研究。【方法】采用挖大穴施基肥、施用白云石粉和高碳基肥等措施改变根际土壤环境,研究了不同措施对烤烟根系生长发育及根际土壤微生态环境的影响。【结果】打大穴和施用穴肥能够增加烤烟根际土壤微生物菌群的数量,烤烟侧根数量明显增加,且主要分布在垂直垄面向下5~10和10~25 cm土层。施用白云石粉和高碳基肥均能使根际土壤pH值升高。【结论】根际土壤pH值在适宜范围内才能促进烤烟生长。推测根际土壤pH 7.5左右可能是烤烟根系生长是否受到抑制的分界点。...

Abstract_FL [Objective] This study aimed to solve the problems of fast growing after transplanting in Jiangxi flue-cured tobacco growing regions.[Method] The effects of different cultural measures on the root growth and rhizosphere microenvironment of flue-cured tobacco were studied through changing basal-dressing application methods and applying dolomite and biochar fertilizer.[Result] Nest-fertilizers application through punching big nests increased the amounts of microbial community in the rhizosphere soil.The numbers of lateral roots increased significantly and were mainly distributed in vertical ridges for 5-10 and 10-25 cm soil layers.[Conclusion] Application of dolomite and biochar fertilizer increased rhizosphere soil pH.Rhizosphere soil pH should be within the scope of appropriate to promote the growth of fluecured tobacco.It was speculated that pH 7.5 was the demarcation point to estimate whether flue-cured tobacco root growth was inhibited.
