抗稻瘟病基因Piz-t和Pi9连锁标记开发及在云南粳稻中的应用

Three japonica cultivars,Yunjingyou 5,Yunzijing 41 and Chujing 28 had elite agronomic traits such as high yield and good quality,but weak resistance to rice blast. Two genes Piz-t and Pi9 with broad-spectrum resistance to rice blast were introgressed into them to improve their resistance to rice blast by backcross strategy. In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of selection of resistance individuals to rice blast,5 molecular markers polymorphic among parents,and closly linked with Piz-t and Pi9 genes,were developed.
