重庆市市级医院信息化建设现状与分析
为了解全市市级医院信息化建设现状，重庆市卫生信息中心组织专家对市级医院进行了现场调研及问卷调查。通过调研发现，市级医院在软硬件、人才队伍等方面有了一定基础，系统建设和技术达到了一定水平，应用效果得到初步显现。但因卫生信息化基础条件、建设时间的制约，在统一规划、医疗机构间数据共享方面有待加强。为此，特提出如下对策和建议：一是强化顶层设计和标准化工作，规范各级医疗机构信息化建设；二是加强人才队伍和制度建设。...

| Abstract_FL | Chongqing Municipal Center of Health Information organized the experts to conduct the on-site survey and questionnaire investigation for understanding the current situation of imformatization construction of Chongqing′s municipal hos-pitals. The Chongqing′s municipal hospitals have certain basis in the aspects of hard and soft wares ,and talents team. The system construction and technique reach a certain level,and the application effects obtain the preliminary appearance. Due to the restric-tion of imformationize basic condtionand the construction time ,the aspects of unified planning and data sharing among medical institutions need to be strengthened. Therefore some strategies and suggestions are pointed out. Firstly ,the top-level design and the standardization work should be strengthened ,and the informatization construction of medical institutions at various levels should be standardized;secondly,the talents team and system construction should be strengthened. |
