同色兜兰及其近缘种鉴别研究
同色兜兰、巨瓣兜兰和文山兜兰是兜兰属宽瓣亚属同色组植物,具有较近的亲缘关系,三者在形态上极为相近,尤其是文山兜兰较易和另外两种混淆。为了正确识别这3种近缘种植物,以同色兜兰、巨瓣兜兰和文山兜兰为对象,通过收集不同产地不同居群的3种兜兰种质资源,在广西南宁进行迁地保护,观察比较其花朵植物学性状。结果表明,花朵斑点直径、假雄蕊的形态和先端是否有尾是区分3个近缘种植物的关键植物学特征;迁地保护中同色兜兰表现出不同程度的变异,且萼片斑点呈现一定的规律演变,说明同色兜兰具有丰富的生态型。...

Bibliography: | 51-1213/S P. concolor,P. bellatulum and P. wenshanense all belong to Paphiopedilum subgenus brachypetalum sect. Concoloria,there are close relationships among them,and they have the similar morphology,especially,P. wenshanense was easily confused with P. concolor and P. bellatulum. In order to find the indentifications,the flower botanical characters of P. concolor,P. bellatulum and P. wenshanense were compared by Ex Situ conservated plants. The result showed that the size of the spots,the shape and tail of the staminode were the key botanical characters which could distinguish the three species; P. Concolor appeared some variances and ecotypes during the Ex Situ conservation,and the sepal spots showed the regular evolution. These results indicated that P. Concolor had rich ecotypes.
